· Set up/transfer Association bank account · Pay bills · Collect Dues · Collection Notices · Maintain the financial books · Provide Board with monthly financial statements · Violation notices · Assess fines associated with non-compliance · Maintain current homeowner's list · Attend meetings · Cooperate with Escrow for any necessary verifications / completion of forms on sale of home(s). · Assist the Board in obtaining bids for necessary service · Assist in preparation of annual budget and prepare information for annual tax return
