Pet Policy

The pet policy for each individual rental home/unit may vary. However, this is our basic policy if pets are allowed:

• The pet(s) must be approved by IMPACT Property Management
  
  
• A pet addendum must be signed and a pet deposit paid PRIOR to bringing the pet onto the property
  
  
• A typcial pet deposit will range from $150-$500 per pet. This is refundable and is not a pet fee.  Payment arrangements may be made depending upon your credit history.
  
  
• The number and type of pets allowed may vary
  
  
• A pet deposit must be paid whether the pet is an indoor pet or an outdoor pet
  
  
• Breed restictions will apply in all instances. The following dogs are considered dangerous breeds and will not be allowed:
  
  
  • Pit bulls
  • American Staffordshire Terrier
  • Rottweilers
  • Chow chows
  • German shepherds
  • Doberman pinschers
  • Akitas
  • Wolf-hybrids

            All other dogs will be considered on a case by case basis.
