Rent Payment Policy
At this time, we do not accept credit card, debit cards, or cash for rent payments. We accept personal checks, cashier's checks, and money orders under the following conditions:
• Your first month's rent, at the time you sign your lease, must be paid with cashier's checks or money orders only.
Personal checks are not accepted for first month's rents.
• Monthly rent, beginning your second month of tenancy, may be paid with a personal check. Your name, address, and
phone number must be listed on the check. You may also pay with cashier's checks or money orders.
• If 2 personal checks have been returned by the bank for non-sufficient funds during the term of your tenancy, we will no
longer accept personal checks. All payments must be in the form of cashier's checks or money orders only with name and
address listed on payment.
• Unless your lease states otherwise, rent is due on the 1st of each month and must be received by our office no later
than 5pm on the 5th of each month. Payments received after 5pm on the 5th will be assessed fees as outlined in your
lease agreement. Rents must be into our office, placed in our drop box, or arrive in the mail on the 5th by 5pm to be
considered on time. Both our drop box and our PO Box are checked on the 5th at 5pm regardless of the day of the week
or any holiday.
