Outside Seattle Application
The options below are for properties outside Seattle city limits.
Online Application
Allows applicants to fill out the application online and submit it directly to us for processing. View the listing you are interested in and then select “Apply For This Unit”.
Credit Card or Bank Account Application
Allows you to provide a credit card or bank card number for processing. This application still needs to be brought into our office for processing. There is an additional $15 processing fee by not submitting your application online.

In Person Application
For applicants who would like to print an application, complete it, and personally bring it into our office to be processed. A money order or cashier's check must be paid at the time of submitting the application. Personal checks or cash will not be accepted. Please make cashier's checks and money orders payable to IMPACT Property Management. There is an additional $15 processing fee by not submitting your application online.
