Impact Property Management is a full service Real Estate Property Management company providing property management services in North King County and all of Snohomish County. We specialize in property management and leasing of single family, multi-family and commercial properties.
Regardless of your current location, in town or across the country, you can feel confident that we will manage your property as if you were living next door. All tenants are carefully and thoroughly screened. We use our own lease agreements that are very detailed and explain what we, as property managers, expect from our tenants. We are educated in the landlord tenant law to help minimize your liability and stay update to date on any law changes.
As part of our services, we offer rent collection and recording, payment of vendor bills, monthly owner disbursements via ACH, online owner statements documenting all income and expenses, collection of security deposit and the move out security deposit accounting. We also handle all new owner, tenant and vendor setup in compliance with any applicable regulations. Need a 1099-Misc for your annual taxes? We can prepare that for you too!
In the event there are any maintenance problems with your property, we have specialists available to handle any situation. These contractors have been chosen due to their reliability and reasonable fees.
