If this is your first time logging into your account and you have not received your login credentials, you will need to contact our office.
Please note that we currently manage properties only within Washington State.

Pay Online

By clicking on the “Pay Now” button, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions.

All online payments are processed through Buildium. If your account with Buildium has not been set up, you will need to contact the Impact office at info@impactpropertymgmt.com or 425-334-6361 and we will email you your login information.
